We’re running some research with customers who have used the YouShop service in the last 12 months. We are looking at extending this service to offer our customers the ability to consolidate their parcels before shipping them to New Zealand.

We have some screen designs that we want to put in front of customers, and we are keen to understand how people use these so during the session you will be asked to complete a couple of tasks. We are aiming to keep this service simple and easy to use, so we are looking for a range of customers to offer feedback.

Who else got this?

Did it come with a link to a survey or something? I had about 5 parcels delivered within the last month and didnt get one.

I got that email too. I'm keen to participate if it increases the chance of there actually being the option of consolidation. It would save me so much money.

Since there’s been a few posts and questions on parcel consolidation and YouShop, I can confirm that NZ Post is developing a consolidation option for YouShop with a November release planned.

To ensure the new consolidation service meets user requirements, we've decided to have a customer workshop to discuss requirements and review design options. Some of you may have already received an email invite for this workshop and we'll confirm time/place shortly. FYI - the workshop will be held in Wellington so invites were limited to customers living in the Wellington area only.

I’ll provide another update once solution details including release dates have been confirmed. If you have any questions or interested in providing feedback on either a consolidation option or anything to do with the YouShop service, please email me @ youshopsupport@nzpost.co.nz.

I got an invite, but I don't live in Wellington so could not attend in person.
I do ship parcels direct from YouShop to a friend in Wellington and have his address on file in my account which could account for the reason why I got the invite.

with the 'howabout25' coupon, are we allowed to use that multiple times on the same account this month?
