Bought something through AliExpress a while ago, selected AliExpress Standard Shipping, and it appears Singapore Post was used.

The package has arrived in NZ and had a few scans. It's now marked as 'delivery failed' for some reason and is apparently waiting for me to collect from a depot somewhere. The trouble is, I have no idea where. No card has been left, and it's definitely not NZ Post.

Does anyone know who Singapore Post / AliExpress use to deliver in NZ?

They normally use NZ Post for smaller items.

Which tracking service have you used to check the status?  I've found the 'built-in' AliExpress one rather limited.

Entering the tracking number in 17 track has provided me with some good detail in the past.
