I know hard to believe!  He was actually walking on the footpath in New Lynn!!

Maybe he drew the short straw and had to go an pick up morning tea.  Lol

That's how it should be cops walking the beat, they need to be seen walking the streets daily in pairs. Petty crime would drop in your neighborhood.
