Not me .. but my phone claims to be able to via Google Translate.  Doubt it will be perfect but it'll probably be close.

I would be very careful about using translate.google or such as they can be a bit misleading especially as asian languages like Thai don't always have relevent words for English words.

Also be very careful that if it is written in Thai it is easy to read as it is a tonal language and the wrong tonal indicator can change meaning drastically. As an example with the word kee the tone makes it mean ride or Sh#t.

Thanks guys, but all taken care of .... my daughter was passing the Thai Embassy and asked in there .

This was a translation of written characters, so on-line translators were useless.
