Merry Xmas to you to @xpd , and all Geekzoners.

I used to work thru xmas all the time.

As one of only a handful of childless employees, I was invariably "volunteered".

But its not so bad. Very quiet, hardly any interruptions.

Good time to get all that filing and clearing up done.

And if you sloped off 1/2 an hour early, no one knew.

Enjoy!

Not yet.  I've got adequate internet access at home so I can wish fellow Geekzoners a merry Christmas on the 25th.

Did Eric Clapton really think she looked wonderful...or was it after the 15th outfit she tried on and he just wanted to get to the party and get a drink?

It shall be Christmas with my family up north this weekend, Then Christmas with my family in Australia next weekend (Actual Christmas), Then Christmas with the other part of my family from up north on the 27th in Australia then back to NZ for a rager of a new years.

Who else gets the joy of multiple Christmas's due to split families and them being spread out NZ/AU? I'm probably a bit old for that now but heck, We got looked after.

Merry Christmas to all! Make sure you collect that geekzone badge on Christmas eve/day New Years eve/day.

Thanks for the mention @tdgeek Glad your solar system is working well. Both my solar hot water and my single PV panel are working well.

I'm still assessing wether to stay with Flick Long term, and wether I should build a massive PV system or not. Short term the usual fall in power demand over the holidays will give me an Xmas present in the form of cheap power.

Otherwise Merry Christmas to everyone. Too many people on here to tag everyone.
