I had my DSL working again, but since yesterday, starurday 8 pm it is off again.
My contract with them finishes at 1 November, i have paid for that time.
Does anybody think they disconnected me earlier because of my protests here (we know they had 2 moles posting here) or because I cancelled my contract with them per 1 November ?
i am not surprised about anything anymore with these guys !

Is it in your contract that they can stop providing you with service for making defaming comments in a public space?

I’m still trying to get Disconnected as they Just don’t reply to emails or Voice Mail Messages at all. My Internet works some times and not some times. What a Bloody mess it is, and I have No VOIP Lines working at all for my Business.

Ok, I'm just getting more perplexed.
I use 2Talk for VoIP services, so if my data provider goes west, then I can just flick to my back up data providers with a little bit of core reconfiguration (something that should be detailed in your BCP, but in my case I know how to do it that I just didn't bother writing it down).
There's a think called enum that was developed to sort out the 'what if 2talk vanishes' problem as well.
I kept my home line number connected the entire time though the Christchurch earthquakes simply because I set it up properly and didn't over look provider failure.
I have 4 providers on site all on different layer 1 networks and still only pay ~$130 a month at this site for services.

Nice Readying, however I don’t know how to do all that sorry. I currently have my 0800 numbers call our Mobiles at the same time incase VOIP goes down which does happen a lot with NZNET.

no update from me either. still no phone. but i like reading funny things from people, those that are moving on. are you paying your last bill or disconnecting fee? should i have to as well? thanks. my story. ive had no phone [naked phone line for a week] and internet cuts out alot too.

:( you have my sympathy. im changing with telecom later this week. taking longer cos nznet messed up my phone line :( they have to put a new one in!! :( crys at least it will be better speed!

Of course you do not pay a disconnect fee. They offer their contracts free of term. Why did you have to take an account with them with a disconnect fee? Look on their website, all contracts are no term.
