At present the phones are still being worked on, we hope to have them working soon.
We have had a major outage from Tuesday evening 18th Oct until Friday 21st Oct
which resulted in many connections failing and a failure of VOIP calls
also. Many of you may have tried to call us but as our own phones are
all VOIP based we were also unable to recieve or respond to calls so
do apologise that we were not able to reply.
We have DSL working & some voip, and email is going from Thursday evening
Some clients on DSL may need to restart their modem/routers (power off for 20 seconds),
in a few cases it may be necessary to hard code our DNS servers IP (180.189.208.8 or 66.246.76.21)
into your router although this generally shouldn't be required.
Wireless is expected to be up in Albany area today and VOIP is still being worked on.
We have recieved a huge volume of email enquiries which we can't effectively
respond to on an individual basis hence this general update.
All our staff are working 100% on this situation still and we will update you
when things are sufficiently sorted out that time allows.
We sincerely apologise to all affected clients for this outage.
thats the garbage they sent me which i already new. they ignored my letter of complaint. grrr
