If you have Groove music subscription then whatever you download on one Windows 10 device, will download on your other Windows 10 devices likes mobile, tablets, PC etc. On mobile, you have to turn on 'Offline available' else it will stream it. You can also place your own copies of Music in the 'Music' folder on OneDrive and Groove music app on mobile will download/stream it through there as well. I don't use the companion app as OneDrive syncing of videos and photos across all devices does the trick.

I see some of the reviews of the 950 have been a bit Ho Hum.  Is this another case of reviewers being iOS or Android fans or is it that MS haven't quite got Windows 10 right yet for use on Mobile devices?

After all the hoopla I am a bit disappointed with Continuum. I don't it is ground breaking or out of this world, Nokia had basically this functionality nearly 5 years ago, without the need for special docks etc.

You can pair a bluetooth keyboard and mouse to an E7 and use the HDMI output to connect to a big screen.  With Quick Office or Office Mobile you have pretty well all the functionality of a computer. When playing music or videos the mouse doubles as a remote control.

Brief comment -- someone suggested toe dipping Win 10 mobile on a 640 (which is a fabulous phone for the price) -- but W10 via the insider slow ring does not yet run well on the 640 (or didn't on mine, quite new) yet.  They've probably been focusing on the 950s, for obvious reasons.  I think that W10 mobile is still very much a work in progress and, if W10 on desktops or laptops or tablets is anything to go by, it will be excellent.

You don't need the dock. You can Bluetooth mouse and keyboard and Miracast the display.

Not all -- MS website says (somewhere) that older 640 firmware builds are good for updating to WM10, newer ones aren't, yet. While this seems odd, my experience backs this up -- my build is too new (wish the install had checked this).  Point remains: Don't get a 640 to see whether you might like WM10 on a 950, of if you do, check the firmware build number.

Got my hopes up there for a second that "crazy" = "crazy low".

But no. Just crazy.

Holy... That's an expensive phone for a company trying to get over 1.8% market share.

Hmmm I don't understand MSFT's strategy at all, I wonder if they even have one.

It doesn't seem like it. These phones should have been released a year ago as well. They're really not impressive versus what other manufacturers make.

nathan: SS not DS sorry, you'll need to parallel import for DS

If the US store offers dual sim as standard it cant be too difficult for NZ to match this!

The US store did not list dual SIM until 24 hours ago as well. It was listed as single SIM. Me really thinks that NZ stock from Microsoft store will also be dual SIM.

The US Store has DS, and it was always going to be DS

The NZ Store has SS, as that is what the carriers in the region who are launching them want
