Hi de hi...

I have two Blackberrys... one a black one... and one a silver one.

The silver ring tone is about 5x louder than the loudest setting on the black Blackberry.

This is driving two of my customers up the wall.

Does anyone know how to get the ring tone louder?

I got told a hard reset may assist as the ring tone is software based - after talking to 5 people!

Any other useful suggestions would be most welcome :-)
