Had lots of fun with frostpunk last weekend.
My goto game at the moment is star trek online however (https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online) it's free to play and a lot of fun if you like scifi etc. Its on PC, xbox, ps4 :)
I am wondering if my Son will ever know why, I often call him BOY. :)

... and why he has to wear an armless leather tunic with fur trim.
Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

LOL
Well, that was an amusing gaming session. Decided to finish God of War.
Turns out all this time I have been at 99% complete. I literally had to exit the area I was in, go to the final area and walk up a flight of stairs. Unbelieveable.
Now, do I bother going back and finishing side quests? I feel the story end was quite unsatisfying honestly, but perhaps with such a big break it disconnected me to the story.
I am wondering about playing assassins creed. I started origins and still have oddesey untouched. I also have last jedi partially played (though I didn't really enjoy what I played of it, the controls felt horrible.

You'd be one of the only people who doesn't go that far. Even just single-shot camera work is widely regarded as one of the greatest technical achievements of any generation, that's not even getting into the gameplay mechanics/story/graphics/score.
I tend to agree with Lagbort. It's a very good game but not the all time great that IMO. I am playing through it at the moment (probably about 70% through) and there's no denying that it's an absolute technical marvel (graphics, the single-shot camera, and the different environments) but Christopher Judge's voice acting is irritating and shouty and many aspects of his relationship with Atreus resemble mild forms of child abuse in my eyes. The puzzles were mostly repetitive and boring and, as a new comer to the series, I found the story convoluted and confusing.
Picked up borderlands 3 a few weeks back when it went to preorder discount pricing On steam, loving every minute of it.
gehenna: I'm just about to start the final level in Doom Eternal. Holy moly what a crazy insane fun frustrating epic adrenaline pumping ride.
I also bought Final Fantasy 7 Remake last night so hoping to get started on that after I beat Doom. Assuming I do beat Doom...
by final mission do you mean the actual final mission, or where the game tells you to do everything you need to in the citadel because you cant come back until the game is done?
if its the latter you actually have about 3 missions to go!
Jumping between 4 different games:
- Civilisation 6 Gathering Storm, still getting my butt kicked.
- Project Cars 2 career mode
- BeamNG Drive, to just, well, drive and crash.
- CS, either source or GO. Only against bots though

I'm playing the original Red Dead on the XBox OneX.
Initially I hated the graphics and game play compared to the RDR2 version...
But I'm getting into it, especially once the story really kicked in around 75% of the game.
Decided to try Assassians Creed Odessey. I am super much enjoying it, but then I have loved the others as well. I didn't play Origins much despite it being my favourite setting. I'll probably go back to it.
My favourite, easily was black flag.
