I have bought this keyboard and mouse combo quite some time now from CompUSA, just recently this Sunday, the keyboard stop working! I thought it needed new batteries as always, so change the batteries the the software pickups the signal from the keyboard, but when I try to punch in the passkey it doesn't work!!! Why??? I tried the wireless link applet at the control panel and detects it as a CSR-bc2 device rather than Microsoft Keyboard, anyone has this type of problem yet??? I'm not really concern on how XP should detect the device but as long as I can type again so I can connect my keyboard back. HELP PLEASE.... glady appreciate it.

Are you doing a discovery devices after pressing the connect button on the keyboard, and then trying to pair?

Well when I press on the connect button underneath the keyboard, the keyboard connects for some reason but I can't type in the passkey that will authenticate the device to have it working again. I am puzzled because the software detects the keyboard but the keyboard can't type. Is there a way for me to fix this???
