Have a Schlage front door lock and after being pestered to do a firmware upgrade I did (will one never learn!)
Now the lock is unreachable from the App.
Any suggestions.

This is one reason I don't want to go down this track with door locks on a new house. People shouldn't have to troubleshoot their front door! I have been looking at these front door locks and was given the hardsell by an agent, but they couldn't sway me.

We've got a Yale Z-Wave version - working flawlessly for a year now. It does have an old fashioned key as well.

Thanks and after going back to factory settings and reinstalling the App eventually got everything working again. Sigh - wonder if management of some of these entities ever take time to check what grief their “engineers” can cause to customers. Dilbert is so true to actually!
