All,

I notice that since updating my iPhone 6+ to IOS 10, that the ANZ app no longer works.  It will open, however entering a PIN or a customer number (via the guest login) will result in a "ANZ Connection Lost" error.  Anybody else seen this?

Happens on both Wifi and 4G.

I have  6+ also and have updated to 10.0.2 but am not having this issue with the ANZ app.

Hmmmmn, I just tried logging in and ended up having to delete and re-install the App (at the request of the App itself which told me to do so). It's been working fine on my iPhone 7 since launch day, until today.

It's now working fine since re-installing.

If it is coming up with "Connection Lost" it means you don't have the latest ANZ app installed.

I have tested mine and it is all fine. So suspect something on yours is corrupted. Just reinstall.

So it seems there is no way to find the version number of the installed app that I could see, and when I went to the App Store, it just said "Open", nothing about updating.  So I deleted, reinstalled, and now it works.

Solved!
