So if I have applied online thinking I would get the texts and mins, I would have to cancel and then call and re-do the appilcation, or can I call and have that sorted out on the application I have made?
Cant call now, just got home and CS closes in 1 min, cant call tomorrow because I am out all day and that BS handsfree law...

Sorry... what was that? If you sign up online you don't get the 100 free texts and 20 mins included?? You have to ring customer service??

andrewcnz: I expect the deal on the website.Talked to customer services and they had no idea.The statement from the slingshot guy in this forum just made it confusing.You should not have to ring customer services to get extra stuff(20 mins calling/100 text) when you can do it all on the web site.
richms: well I clicked the link from the deal linked off the homepage, so if I dont get the free texts and mins then i will be sending it back to them as thats what I thought I was applying for.
I am confident they will get it sorted out tho.
I have had a confusing email from them tho.

Am I getting a sim card or a phone sent to me, what is that tracking number for exactly, will the phone arrive seperately from the sim?
I am none the wiser from that email. Might want to address that...
michaelt: I signed up as well, by phone to get the free minutes/txt's. Also found this page (https://www.slingshot.co.nz/TheBetterBundle.aspx) on the Slingshot website, so should hopefully get 2GB more data per month as well.
Slingshot: It seems like it's a browser issue. IE seems to work ok, but not firefox..
Working on a fix now.
richms: Uhoh I have ended up with a nokia 2630 not a 2730 somehow. Dont know how that happened. Unless it was because I signed up online and not over the phone as the site now required.

Dont' open the packaging and contact the call centre to advise.
