Hi I'm with 2D fibre. The connection stopped suddenly this afternoon. I'm wondering if it's the ONT (Huawei HG8250H) because the power light is blinking and none of the other indicator lights are on. Router (RT-AX3000) indicator lights are fine except the WAN is red. Have tried turning everything on/off to no avail.
Thanks in advance for any help.

As it turns out, contacting Enable directly was the right thing to do. Very helpful person who directed me to Enable's offices in town, where in their lobby area is a box of ONT power adapters that's basically self-serve! So for future reference, no need to even call up Enable, just stroll in and grab one (until they change this process).
