eXDee: Its too bad that ISP's dont have a nice graph like iinet has over in australia. It's extremely useful to the consumer. I only had to call them twice but both times i got through under 5 minutes, because i waited until calls dropped off.
Funnily enough the support desk was based in auckland.
Eg right now they are showing an estimated wait time of 9 minutes.

pchs: Call Centres will always be busier at late afternoon/night, Snap's is 24/7 so if you call early morning or outside of peak hours you are bound to get through alot quicker.
Why dont you just use the Call Back? I've just called them now and its prompted me to use this straight away, it also keeps your place in the queue.
