What unblocking service are you using? What are you using to watch Netflix? Does it happen on other devices too?

The issue will be with your DNS or VPN. Reboot your PC or refresh your IP address with your DNS provider. More info would be good. Which DNS provider are you using?

Cheers, Matt.

im using slingshots global mode, it does it on my macbook and my desktop windows 8.1 machine.

i dont have any other machines to test it on but i did try it on a windows server 2012 R2 VM on my macbook before i got up and walked allll the way over to my desktop and it didnt work on that either.

also, macbook is on wifi, desktop is on Ethernet.

Have you tried using a trial of Unblock-us, Getflix, or UnoTelly to see if that makes any difference?

With these types of issues the problem isn't always obvious so it just becomes a process of elimination to try and determine exactly where the problem lies.

HD titles in 5.1 sound?

If you go to your Netflix account online, what's your playback quality set at?

I'm on Vodafone and using UnoTelly. Had exactly the same error message tonight so simply logged into UnoTelly and hit the button to update my IP address. End of problem. So...sounds like Global Mode isn't working as it should for you. How often are you getting a new IP address from Slingshot now you're using pfsense?

funny things have been happening to my IP addresses lately, i'd been on the same one for 3 years at least, then one day it starts changing all the time.

but the slingshot rep on twitter seems to think something strange is going on with my account on their end.

thats what my playback settings are on at the moment

Hopefully they can get that sorted out for you soon! My guess is that with a constantly changing IP address global mode is, for some reason, losing track of you.
