I like the idea of the auto top up - but It's actually useless for me most of the time.

Example: I currently have around $6 on my phone, and my 1gb data block has just expired. I can't buy a new 1gb data block, or 2000 texts etc since I don't have enough credit. And 2 degrees won't give me the option to do the auto top up until I only have $2 left. So I need to do a manual top up, which is easy with 2degrees but still defeats the point of the auto one.

This is also an issue with anything that costs over $2 - I would have thought this would have been considered when implementing the auto top up service!
