Hi all the Vu users out there.

I have a issue which I can't seem to resolve with my limited knowledge
I cannot record Prime and any other channel at the same time., signal strength for al channels is 77%,  all other channels are ok it's just with Prime
I have Freeview's prime TP . but all I get is a either a failed to record or a pixelated screen. this was on a timer recording
last night I did record successfully Prime and TV3 white at home but timer did do it, when I went out
I do notice the time span when setting up a auto timer is way longer than the program actually is. eg the program is from 9.30-10.30 but timer says 9.30 - 00.30 for example ,
any help would very appreciated
