Hi Everyone

We just bought a new S7070r freeview and we have our LNBs and Dish preset. We live in a flat and because of this, I think there are two LNB installed as shown in the last photo. But unfortunately, I am not able to have New Zealand channel. I tried a lot and tested different configurations, but I was not able to have NZ channels.
I tried both the Blind and Satellite scan, but I could get NZ channels. I appreciate that if anyone could help me with this. I have provided some photos from the LNB and settings, maybe someone can help me to figure out the problem.

By the way, there is a flat in front of our Dish, but I think it does not block the line of sight of our dish because we are able to get some channels from different satellites ( but not NZ channels). I can have some channels by setting the positioner with "DiSEqC1.2", but if I set it to "none", I can not get those channels.

ANY help is highly appreciated.

Many thanks
Mohsen

You are picking up Optus d2 with 22k on and Optus c1/d3 with 22 k off. You should get d1 (Freeview) with it off and c1 d3 with it on.

Your dish has been physically moved and needs to be re aimed. It needs to be moved about an inch to the right as you stand behind it. This does need to be fairly precise through so it may pay to get someone in to do it if you are not confident

Thanks everybody for your thoughtfulness.

RunningMan, I greatly admire your consideration. I made it by re-aiming and as you suggested, a little to the right. I appreciate that a lot. You made my day.

Thanks a million

Cheers
Mohsen
