Hi everyone have a question, I like to keep a close eye on the TV ratings and used Throng www.throng.co.nz but since Throng has closed down have not been able to find another good source to check the ratings. Have checked out Nielsen but they seem to be a closed shop....
Any idea's anyone?

I work alongside Freeview and Throng usually gets ratings from us, so I will see if I can get these published in a dedicated thread or somewhere new.

Ohh please do. That is the only reason I visited Throng. I miss the ratings really badly

My parents have a people meter and so I always blame them when one of my favourite shows gets removed or moved to a different time slot

Whenever I visit them I have to sign in and out whenever I'm in the room with a TV switched on.

For clarification, Freeview were only a sponsor of the ratings content on Throng, not the supplier.

Does anyone know how the ratings went last night between the main channels particularly with the new Newshub in HD etc....still looking for a permanent source for rating now Throng is no longer.

try screenscribe.net. Philip Wakefield puts up data from time to time.

Doesn't matter as to whether it's in SD or HD, it's content that counts and both are pretty bad. I was hoping for a 30 minute single presenter format not Tweedledum Tweedledee format..

DANNEWS.CO.NZ will be showing the daily ratings by next Monday. I expect it will be on his Facebook page as well
