a pastor friend has tried to get on his home church website but using IE9 or Firefox comes up error 403. Firefox says error 403 country NZ has been blacklisted.  He contacted the church and their IT department says they havent blacklisted but it appears NZ is blacklisting their site.  How can we find where the problem lies.  He was with TelstraClear and I am with Vodafone and I get same message.  the site is www.timberlakebaptist.org

This is in their server configuration. They have to sort this out.
