Only for 16G? What about my 32GB? This is like child play. They monopolizing us all and we can't get our cash back :(

No idea about the 32Gb model. As Samsung NZ haven't said anything yet I suspect they're like hens teeth if there are any in NZ and I wouldn't hold out for NL to get any in a hurry.

I'd push for your cash back if you were told they should be here within a week\two when you paid for it. By purchasing you have a contract with them to provide the item at the price paid; if they can't you should be well within your rights to get your cash back.

If they've said no cash backs in store I'd ring through to the 0800 number and they might be able to sort you out.

Yea I went and got my money back from NL. Told them that I was annoyed that other stores had them on the shelf to sell and I had pre-ordered with NL and still didn't have it and they were't able to tell me when it's coming.

I think I'll wait until JB get their 32GB instock then take my money back. May be wait until end of this month and then ditch NL and go with JB if their stock is here.

I guess not just us Kiwis having problem in getting the 32GB versions, UK Vodafone is also the same issue.

I don't think you will be punishing NL. If you preordered and paid on their QB sale, they are selling them at a loss. I don't think they will mind giving your money back.

I do know the cost price of the phones, and the ones NL were selling (by their mistake) over QB were below the cost.

Even if NL have got Samsung to wear the loss, I am sure neither of them (Samsung or NL) will mind people giving up the waiting.

Not saying that it's a deliberate ploy or anything... ;)

I think it is their dirty tactics  for delaying the order to get as minimal orders as much as possible because of the 20% off to put people off and refund so then they won't have to losing money. 

I'm going to wait until the end of the month to see if the 32GB I preordered is coming through. Since US and Canada are getting their's S3 by the end of this month and July in both 32/16. So I'm guessing would be the best chance of a wait out.

Integer stop jumping to conclusions, every time someone posts an update you leap onto it and assume it is factual

Have we not seen that the info the customer services people have is all differant suggesting they don't actually know. Its not being misleading they are, for the most part, being helpful.

Has any other retailer or Telco got the 32gb version, no they haven't and nor are they plentiful overseas so think before you accuse as its getting out of hand.

If you are that dissatisfied with NL get your money back and buy it elsewhere, if you want the cheaper price some of us managed to get then wait like we all are.

Still waiting...my friend who works at Vodafone has told me that there has been no notice on the availability of the 32GB as of yet.

I went to NL over the weekend to check for stock of all variants, the staff had told me that there was "no stock in NZ". I doubt it since Dick Smith does have substantial stock for white 16GB and more blue 16GB coming very soon...

For those who do watch TV, I think Fair Go on TV1 tonight is going to contain a section about advertising/selling products that retailers do not have physical stock of...might implicate to our situation to a certain degree...

Nevertheless, Ill wait...if I honestly cant get the 32GB, then its God's will. Lol.

Lol dude take some chill pill man. I was just just add to the sarcasm of Trig42 that is all (I forgot to add smiley faces and lol in the sentence). It a conspiracy theory and none is real. I know that everywhere else in the world (UK) is also having problem with the 32GB order as well. Did you not read my other post with the link to the UK forum? lol.

when I went into the NL store the other day, the price/display for the 32GB variants was still there...which implies that they were still taking orders...?
