Damager: Positive review of the HTC Desire below:

Thats just another cut and paste from the SMH site that Stuff (Fairfax) do all the time these days.

The original is here and worth reading the comments, it has really stirred up the Apple Fanboys into a frenzy! How dare anyone say something could be better than an iPhone.

Good lord, fanboys are so irritating, few more so than Apple ones.

Is UK power on 110 volts? As a few here are importing from Clove it will be the british design,so will a simple adapter be safe or need a power converter?

HTC are very reliable with FW support post-release.

A simple $2 adapter should be fine, there is no need for stepdown transformers or anything when using UK electronics here in NZ.
