I recently bought a Note 8 and whenever I try to enable fingerprint login in the ANZ GoMoney app and error pops up saying unfortunately there has been an error of that request, try again later.

Any Note 8 users got the fingerprint login working on ANZ GoMoneyApp

There is currently a known bug with the Note 8 and its fingerprint reader with GoMoney. The Internet Banking team are currently looking into this. For the moment, hang tight and all I can really suggest is waiting for the next app update which should hopefully resolve it.

 

Note, whilst I work for ANZ I don't work in the Internet Banking space so no shooting the messenger please if the next app update doesn't fix this. They're quite a busy team with quite a lot going on right now but it is under investigation :)
