I use a laptop for everything at the moment (playing games, web browsing, music etc) but it's been stuffing up quite a bit recently [by the way, what's the normal temperature a laptop should be experiencing? "SpeedFan" suggests my GPU is hovering around 75-80 degrees Celcius, and Core 0 and Core 1 are around 65 degrees] - not sure if it's overheating. Just little things like freezing, won't turn off etc. So I'm thinking leaving my laptop for work/studies etc, and purchasing a high-end desktop computer that can be upgradeable etc. It will be mainly used for games, music, web browsing. Games like Call of Duty 4 (mainly), and other demanding games. I've heard ASUS is good. Would want a fairly high-end graphics card to go in it. Would also be used for a bit of Photoshop and Autocad. Thanks in advance :) |
