Their warranty period is 15 years. I notified them in year 16, so they are not offering anything. My issue is that the product was faulty and clearly failed well within the warranty period, so they could elect to acknowledge inferior product and look after the customer. Like the title of that great Spike Lee film, they could choose to 'Do the Right Thing'
