Okay so you are saying it depends who actually protects there country if its Trump is xenophobic because of his motives are but if its Obama that's okay because of his motives.

What you are essentially doing in that case is presuming motorvation and attributing it to malice thats disappointing I had hoped for a coherent argument

Trump has said a thing that could be considered to be racist therefor Trump wanting to control immigration by adding border security is racist. Do you really make that leap?

There are many reasons why would wouldn't want people from underdeveloped nations into your country and not all of them have to do with race education and cultural similarities are two very such reasons.

Repeatedly Trump made his policies about entire groups, not individuals.

The Muslim ban, the shithole countries, the Latinos. It is racist.

If he was to implement policies to screen people then it would be different.

He is a racist and he appeals to right wing, ideologically racist, fearful people that are pushed by the agenda of groups such as religious sects and white supremacists.

Let me add one other thing that the quotes you are using are not quotes per say they are from others who said he said those words.

It is about immigration but Trump could have been referring to immigration by refugee programs or illegally that's not stated in these 2nd and accounts.
