Just got a response from their live chat team.

Apparently I haven't been allocated a phone despite signing up 24 month term and getting the order done 12:08am (according to order confirmation email).

This sucks.

Any idea if I'm bound to the new terms when they don't deliver the phone?

I'm thinking of cancelling and getting it later this year in Australia with tax free.

Appears that Spark recieved a huge quantity of 4.7 inch devices compared to the 5.5 inch model? Might explain how so many people after the preorders went live on Friday have been able to secure devices.

Live chat just told me that they don't have the tracking number yet on my order, but its with the dispatch team and being sent out. good news :)

Well I'm happy, the Live Chat agent gave me a tracking number which all checks out.

I ordered at exactly 12:10am on Ultra Open, 24 months interest free. Received several confirmation emails on Friday about the "connection" etc..

iPhone 6, 64GB Space Grey. Fingers crossed it shows up tomorrow! Good luck everyone else!

Trying to get on live chat but have been on now for over 50 mins.  Also, their live chat keeps changing my number up and down in the queue - how can you one moment be number 5 then next number 9 then 4 then back to 5.  Am currently at number 1 and ...... its just gone 6.30pm and what do you know, my live chat has been cancelled - Spark, that is an EPIC fail as far as how your live chat works.

At the same time as I was on live chat I called Spark and they have confirmed my order is going to be sent tomorrow and I'll be allocated a track and trace number tonight - fingers crossed as I have ordered a 6+ for the wife and there doesn't appear to be many of those around - only saving grace may be that I ordered the 128GB model, which it doesn't appear many others have done.

I wouldn't be so jealous yet as I won't be convinced until I see a tracking number - that said I have had 2 different people at Spark confirm I have one allocated.  What time did you place your order and what colour?  I placed mine at 12.05am and its a white one.

My order confirmation says 12:08AM but it might actually be earlier, I ordered a Gold phone.

just got off live chat, my phone has been allocated but no tracking details have yet been entered, however it is likely it have been dispatched and the details not completed, regardless in a few days of less I will have my phone....

Excited much!

I ordered a silver Iphone6+ 64gb at just after 6am on the Friday on the open plan initially asked to be billed for it but they put me on 24 months interest free, which is fine too, so it looks like the dispatch is based on first come first servers

dejadeadnz: I ordered my IP6 64 Gb silver on Saturday night. It's not a big deal to me whether I get the phone on release but the lack of communication and the fact that VF (a company notoriously bad at communicating with customers) is doing better on this issue does make me a touch nervous about being with Spark for two years. How can they not know whether they have stock to deliver by now when another company does?




And they are bitching that their e-mail came thru too soon!
