Otagolad: Trying to get on live chat but have been on now for over 50 mins. Also, their live chat keeps changing my number up and down in the queue - how can you one moment be number 5 then next number 9 then 4 then back to 5. Am currently at number 1 and ...... its just gone 6.30pm and what do you know, my live chat has been cancelled - Spark, that is an EPIC fail as far as how your live chat works.
At the same time as I was on live chat I called Spark and they have confirmed my order is going to be sent tomorrow and I'll be allocated a track and trace number tonight - fingers crossed as I have ordered a 6+ for the wife and there doesn't appear to be many of those around - only saving grace may be that I ordered the 128GB model, which it doesn't appear many others have done.

I wouldn't be so jealous yet as I won't be convinced until I see a tracking number - that said I have had 2 different people at Spark confirm I have one allocated. What time did you place your order and what colour? I placed mine at 12.05am and its a white one.
dejadeadnz: I ordered my IP6 64 Gb silver on Saturday night. It's not a big deal to me whether I get the phone on release but the lack of communication and the fact that VF (a company notoriously bad at communicating with customers) is doing better on this issue does make me a touch nervous about being with Spark for two years. How can they not know whether they have stock to deliver by now when another company does?
