I thought you can use the Skinny mobile menu on the device to top up

3G capable Android devices should be able to use the menu by ussd, no idea about ipad and other devices

MOBILE: Huawei P30
OTHER: Thinkpad E14 + Asus Vivobook + Intel NUC5i3 + A family of Raspberry Pi x 9 + Amazon Echo

Awesome! Just checked it out properly... Choose an awesome new number. $5 cost is not the greatest thing but i guess it covers Skinny's costs to process a number change. Had alot of troubles charging my debit card to pay for the $5 for the change too. I notice no confirmation screen and i hope i wasnt charged multiple times but i will check on that soon. I notice no text messages can be received to either my old number or new number though since this change. Bit disappointing considering i paid $5 for the change.

Shouldn't you have a redirection on your old website for a month or two for your customers who have the old one bookmarkered??

I'll get someone to check through the payment process.  You should be fine with the texting though.  If that is still an issue please can you call the helpdesk - (0800 4 SKINNY (0800 475 4669)) and they will look into it for you.

Paul, it was mentioned on another thread that you offer to generate a tax invoice with online purchases. Can you confirm if this is correct? I can't find any reference to this on the new site - I have stopped short of processing a payment so possibly it is offered after payment is taken?

Awesome work on the new number picker, i like that it offers you mutliple options based on the numbers you enter.

I really wanted 0204 0666666, but it was gone.

I got 020 444 0 444, quite happy with that
