Yes, down again (10:15am Sunday)...

I fully acknowledge I pay peanuts for less than stellar service, but they're not even bringing table stakes recently.

Frustrating that my Go Large connection is more reliable and usually faster than Xnet.

Cheers - N

Looks like the same deal as earlier in the week.
This is starting to get beyond frustrating.

Outages are getting to frequent. Maybe it's going to require any people ringing and trying to find out some answers. The CSRs no longer post here which is dissapointing. I want to know why it's happening and when it'll stop.

Out and back in Hamilton too.

I think Xnet should get a text service so we can SMS them every time the service goes down.

Mine is still down. (Johnsonville Wellington). I am have been very patient with my unstable connection with no resolution (nearly a year and still nto fixed) but all these outages are strarting to really get to me. In addition I have I get untold flak from the wife because we have no phone or internet. The wife is scarier than anything else :)

I would be changing ISP and going back to xtra if I didnt have to pay some exorbitant amount of money for them to reconnect me.

It's a hassle that the backup dialup account obviously uses the same authentication system or some other common element so that it can't be used to check on the status. At least these last few times their phone numbers were still reachable, though they had no outage message.

Wish I could still use the dialup, stupid nDSL account :(
Looks more and more likely I'll be switching to another nDSL provider next month

I can't let this slide...

You have a busy retail shop and you have their connectivity through a budget provider with a recent history of outages?

That's just not responsible I'm afraid... I only use them for home use, and even there I have a backup connection that I can now switch to by doubleclicking on a desktop shortcut.

Cheers - N
