mrtoken:
astrae: How long does a package take to show in Youshop after it has been delivered? UPS shows my package was delivered 24hrs ago (10am local time) but it hasn't showed in you shop yet.

I've entered the tracking number in the claim your password page but got no result.

I'm waiting as well, mine turned up there Tuesday and still not showing up anywhere.

Mine has just come through.

I have one showing as delivered by Amazon Tuesday 10am their time. Will be 48 hours tomorrow, so I'll just wait till then before tracking the package.

I'm sure last time they were a lot quicker.

So had 2 packages sent to youshop

1 tracked as delivered monday night (there time) and 1 tuesday morning (there time) got an email for the 2nd one and paid for that however they can't seem to find the one that was delivered on monday night.
So i looked up the tracking on the 1st one and see this

LATEST EVENT:

Vancouver WA
Delivered - December 1, 2014 8:18:47 PM

No signature recorded, yet the 2nd one does have a name signed for it.

God knows how it ended up in Vancouver WA.
Funny thing is its the same product with the same shipping address as the 2nd package but was sent via a different courier company.

Well see what happens today, if no email after 3.30 today I will apply for a refund with amazon.

Anyone know how to get a parcel that has been delivered (3 weeks ago) removed from the 'in transit' to completed section of My YouShop?

And speaking of My YouShop, they are asking for people to do a trial for parcel consolidation for the UK address.
I have never used the UK service and probably never will, but I hope the trial works and is expanded to the USA address soon. Then I can purchase these single items sellers have that I want, but it isn't currently worth it to order

So my first stuff up on Youshop, forgot to put the suite number in the name field. Has anyone done this? Does it affect Youshop receiving your item?

I believe there is redumdscy built into your name isn't there? So as long as the code is in your name you would be ok?

Sorry i should be a bit clearer.

Brought some items from a retailer and when I entered my shipping details I only had my first name in the first name field. So the shipping address did not have the suite number within my name, it had it on the 3rd line or whatever the default is.

@Distorter - if the suite number is in your parcel address, the warehouse should successfully process your parcel as normal.

@nzkiwiman - to update the status of redundant parcels, contact NZ Post Customer Support.

This week we did launch parcel consolidation for the UK. Due to the time of the year, we have decided on a soft launch with a full release with marketing planned for next year. We're interested in all feedback so please DM me if you have any queries, feedback or recommendations. I realize its been a long wait but US parcel consolidation is coming, likely to be Q1 next year. Will provide another update once timelines have been confirmed. If you're interested to know how the consolidation service will work and the cost, try out our UK consolidation service.
