Oh yeah, my phone arrived today :0 thanks slingshot!!!

Just not sure on what to do with it, hmmm anyone else like the 2730c? It looks ok, but the screen is a bit dim/illegible in sunlight. Thinking I might use my Samsung with the sim for now, maybe I'll go to the Nokia in a few days again see how it goes next week in my pocket at work

I have moved across the ditch. Now residing in Melbourne as a VOIP/Video Technical Trainer/Engineer.

Um it looks like I signed up Tuesday, Sim arrived Thursday morning, phone arrived Friday morning, so really fast delivery!

I have moved across the ditch. Now residing in Melbourne as a VOIP/Video Technical Trainer/Engineer.

I just had two different emails

one said "we've sent your sim" one said "we've sent your phone"

so If it says phone and sim sent, then I guess they'd be as one package

Well Slingshot fail.

Note to Accounts department. If there are 2 listed contact phone numbers and one is invalid, then why wouldn't you try phoning the contact mobile number which was provided for the account?

Note to New signups department. If a customer gives you a contact cellphone number, why would you add the Caller ID that is displayed on your screen as a contact number without asking that person if it is a number they can be called back on?

Strange, I signed up yesterday via the 0800 number and got the sim and phone (2 different courier packs) today.

I got emails with tracking numbers for both, the only thing i'm waiting on is the port which I did at 2pm today and still nothing - so much for the 2 hours to port.

Just ring them it's the best way to sort this I just did and now I am happy, you have to go over your details again.But straight after the phone call got a welcome email with terms and conditions PDF.
