Really really hoping these hit the stores in the first week of may.... I lose my work phone then and if the One's not out I may be forced to join the S4 crowd!

heard from Noel Leeming that their supplier said they will be getting stocks early may and then they will be fulfilling orders. They did say that there is possibility of delays..

Long time lurker, first post. I have a phone feitish.

I got lucky with a mate of mines dad who lives in Singapore, he picked up my HTC One yesterday which was sold to him as one of the last in stock in Singapore. A guy on the way out of the shop offered him double the money for the phone which he politely declined - I probably would have caved and taken the bucks but I'm glad he didn't.

I get it tomorrow, and I don't think i have anticipated a device this much since sitting in the line at Vodafone Queen Street waiting for the iPhone 3.

HTC are making some great phones right now, their design is fresh. Just a shame about the delays...

Cant wait....

heavenlywild: Camera comparisons between the Nokia 920 and the One.

going by those photos, I really like the HTC One photos much more than the Lumia ones

I agree on the first few where the Lumia pics appear much darker. Later tho the Lumia appears less pixelated, even if the overall colour quality of the HTC is consistently nicer looking.

I really want to like the Ones camera... but I'm finding it hard to stay convinced :(

So far as I've mentioned previously it seems to be great for lowlight and has the benefit of fast uploading due to smaller file size (which allows more storage too if that matters). But for your scenic bushwalk or beach pics... not so cool.

I gotta say just from the photo, the phone is one premium piece of kit!

exciting! Take some pics with it for us? :D

I'd love to see some shots in overcast weather like Auckland has at the moment off a view point like mt Eden - if it can make that look any decent I'd be pretty impressed.

We know Noel Leeming can pre-order too, as prices are $999, no deals at the mo. so no point to pre-order yet as it won't arrive till 7th May... Unless they don't have enough phones just for the pre-orders...

Wish they had a 10% discount or something, $999 is just a lil too expensive altho it's quite standard for top range smart phones..
