Hello,

I need help!  I have a Sanyo 5600 and want to download my video files (3g2) to my computer so I can ultimately burn them to CD.  I obviously don't have any current software on my computer to view these files, they appear blank and nothing on my computer will open them.  I am currently running windows vista if that makes a difference to what I have to download?

Also when I try to put pics onto my phone from my computer they appear blank also.

I am not very phone or computer savvy so please spell it out for me.

Many thanks.

I know VLC player can play the video, but not the audio, maybe  there is a converter out there somewhere, You need one that can decode the "QCELP" audio portion of the 3g2 files, I might have a look myself, could turn up something.
