Can anyone advise where I can get a Hiptop from in NZ and one that actually has all functions working? http://www.telstra.com.au/hiptop/

If not can anyone advise a phone that is similar?

Thanks

You can't... Thy use a special server that's only available through the partner mobile operator. You can have the handset but not all functions will work.
