I've been on getflix for over 2 years now and (until recently) have found them to provide a pretty decent service however as we all know netflix are doing their best to drive foreign paying customers away (for some weird reason) and we are getting a lot of downtime while the boffins of the above mentioned companies duel it out over the keyboards and cans of redbull.
I was just wondering if the other service providers are experiencing as much downtime as we are here with getflix, it seems to be like a weekly occurrence (at least).
The other niggly thing that didn't impress me too much was when I made a comment on their FB page along the lines of "hey getflix how about giving your loyal customers some credit for all the downtime - we're paying for a service and you're not providing it" or words to that effect. They not only deleted my comment but the whole thread it was in and they blocked me. Now, I'm not going to cry over it because I hardly use FB anyway but my comment didn't contravene any rules, there was no bad language and I didn't question anyones parentage.
So given their attitude towards long standing customers, just wondering how other providers are handling this whole blocking thing and is the grass any greener over your way?
