I had the on-demand NFL Sunday Ticket last year and loved it. I watched most games on the XBOX One and few on my laptop. Never had an issue.

This year I bought the add-on Game Pass.

The Scenario... I'm home working in the garage trying to watch a game on my phone. My Internet is 150M/150M Frontier FiOS. I just tested with the app Speedtest on my iPhone (6S) to check me WiFi connection and the results were... PING: 14ms, Download: 142.92Mbps, UPLOAD: 164.41Mbps.

Here's the problem... It's choppy on my iPhone (6S)... So much it's unwatchable.

I checked my storage on the iPhone... I have 1.36GB Available.

I stopped all apps.

I restarted my iPhone.

Now I click to watch the game... for a split second it acts like it's going to start then back to the screen that says "Available on NFL Game Pass". Really? Duh! I'm trying to watch it. So I click again. No luck.

Any suggestions???

Clear more space on your device.  If it's coming in at those speeds it might be trying to use HD or 4k, that is like 3+gigs an hour.

Does it work on your laptop/xbox?
