hey any help at all would be great.
last night i was doing the usual Windows automatic updates, no previous problems with it...
this time it stalled for about two hours. shut the laptop down....
NOW it won't boot up at all. just stays on the loading screen. if it boots at all it just goes into safe mode..... any ideas????
Earlier yeaterday i had installed a new diretx driver......


help pleeeze

boot nto safe mode and use system restore to go back to a date before you made any changes that may have caused the issue.

Start - right click my computer - properties - system restore
