Hello

About a month ago stopped receiving and sending texts to Ireland so I complained and after a week I was able to send intermittently and not receive(this was to O2). Then two weeks ago same thing happened to my girlfriend this time with Meteor. Now Spark advertises that they text Ireland and the people in the shop said it works fine with Ireland surely this is against some kind of advertising rules?

This is useless to me and i want to switch networks that it works on, I know viber is good for friends but my family do not have or want that.

Would like to know is anyone else is having the same issue and if any one has experience with the TDR as I have not enough with Spark they are not helpful in resolving this problem and said it was a weird isolated problem(that happened to two people)

thanks for you time

Do you have friends that are not on XT network and willing to test sms for you to Ireland?

Could be B-Party issue??

Hi

I texted from a Vodafone NZ phone and texts were delivered and replies were also delivered. It makes no sense that two Irish networks (O2 and Meteor) would not be able to accept texts from Spark
