I know the chances are slim, thought I'd check.
Retail Customers PC died NYE, I replaced it with a new one, but the old machines HDD was trashed, so couldn't get old settings from it.
I have the customers Telecom Account Number and I am authorized on the account, but I can't find anyone to speak to today to get help determining the Username and Password (Or a password reset).
I tried 0800287463, through to email support and it says we are shut and hangs up.
Any possible alternative numbers? It's part of the new sparkbusinessmail.co.nz setup.
