Can anyone provide direction for a US based owner of a Vodafone phone (bought the cellfone in Hooland) who now wants to add minutes. Can I buy those minutes in the USA from a store here or can I do it online. Can't seem to get that answer from the website. Thx a lot for any advice...

You can only purchase the codes/cards from the Vodafone subsidiary in the country where they serve it - for example you can't contact Vodafone Australia or New Zealand to buy time for a prepaid issued by Vodafone UK or Vodafone Netherlands.

You will have to call their customer service number and topup with a credit card. Yes, it will be an international call if you are calling from another country and it will be a roaming call as well. Be prepared for it to cost a bit.

An alternative is ask a friend to do it on your behalf back home.
