i cant seem to load the program i bought on to my phone and i did un zip it but still having trobell.

hi thanks for geting back with me.sorry for my spelling its not very good.the program i paid for was for my blackberry curve 8310.the program was called --elixir 150 ringtons plus wallpapers rim.it cost me 5.20. and i followed the instrushions and un zip file but it just wont load it it cant seem to read the file and i use the blackberry desk top manger to load it and i have used this to load other programs and had no troble.i got it off the geekzone sit. please help
