I have an ipaq h2210 and a pc with a d-link dbt-120.
What I would like to able to do is when I power on the ipaq have it automatically connect the PAN without having to tap any buttons.

Is this possible?

I haven't seen anything. The closest I've seen was on the Toshiba E750 where the Bluetooth connection can start whenever an application tries to access the network. Simply because the Bluetooth card registration list will be pointing to the LAN Access (I know it sounds complicated, but a have look in our new Bluetooth Guides to see what I mean).
