ok i admit i was stupid at doing this and i don't know if its recoverable at all
i downloaded the software and everything to get the updated stuff for the zen touch to 2.0 or whatever it is and my brother unpluged the player from the usb port and exited the program out and now it just goes to recovery mode every time with the 4 options im wondering on what can i do to get some kind of firmware on it at all im willing to do just about anything at this point couse i have no music except on the com and i want to get it portable um if anyone knows how to do this please help me ive tried the delete the usb things in the hardware tab in my computer and that's about it so if anyone knows how to fix it ill pitch in an extra 10 bucks to anyone who gets me up and running
