With both "i" and "Doctor" in their name, I'd say they are probably 100% legit. And i'd say they are probably the best at what they do...they have an i before the Doctor part...

No street address.. using Joomla (blog) site.. The site just doesn't look overly legit/professional to me for someone offering a paid service.

There is nothing horribly wrong with using a free CMS like wordpress, oscommerce or joomla for a small business/soletrader imo.  I've seen a lot worse small business sites that's for sure!

However, no contact details is a bit off-putting - I agree.  Lucky it's easy to find out who owns the domain

Hey guys. I know this topic is 2 weeks old but.
I actually went to primary school with this guy (actually he gave me all his pokemon cards when they got banned). Haven't seen him for nearly 9 years so I don't know him anymore but he'd be 19-20 y/o.
But agreed, no contact details on the website seems a bit shady.

EDIT: Actually there is a contact phone number (mobile though).

Interesting, I would also be interested in an iPod repair service, my 5th gens headphone plug is a bit dodgy now. Any recommendations for a repair place in akl?

actually I ended up with going to Ubertech in Parnell, who fixed my ipod issue no prob. it's a little pricey at $45 to investigate issue, but if they fix the issue while investigating they won't charge u any more. and the if they do need to do further work they will call u 1st and if u want to go ahead with fix, the cost will then be the cost of the job less the $45 you've already paid.

Actually managed to fix it by shoving some tin foil down to the headphone jack, works a treat. haha.
