Hi people.

I was looking for some good GPS tracker for my crazy dog cause I am interested to buy one, but I would like to hear do somebody have some experience with this one or some similar?

It seems to be really good GPS tracker from price/quality point of view.

Features look good, but I would question battery run time and how waterproof it is. For run time you'll get a decent answer, but for waterproof you will not until you test it yourself. My other concern/question would be do you want a mobile phone so close to your dog's throat/body 24/7? Personally I'm not concerned over reasonable mobile phone use (regarding health), but 24/7 does not sound good. Remember a mobile phone periodically transmits even when not in use.

You can get a Garmin one for a little extra :)

17-36 hour on the Garmin, meaning probably 10-16 on the other one

So would be ok during the day, charge over night and put back on

The other good thing about the Garmin is, it's GPS only, no GSM like the other one, so won't be pumping constant cell data into your dog

Depends where you want to track your Dog.... In bush it's doubtful they'll be reliable.

you also have to keep in mind that some pets are actually too small to be gps tracked ... theres some other good pointers that you can read about pet gps tracking here >> http://gpssystems.net/gps-pet-tracking/
