Morning,
Anyone else seeing patchy international traffic from Callplus this morning?

Currently seeing around 25% packet loss to West Coast destinations and abroad.

Not just me... Callplus techs are looking at a higher number of call complaints regards international traffic.

Yeah i couldnt get onto google services for a period this morning via Slingshot DSL, which I presume shares the same international transit as CallPlus

Yeah there was/is an issue with Google this morning that cause Callplus/Slingshot some issues.

Apparently those who were using google's DNS were hit hard.

The team at Callplus are great. Were able to spend some time talking thru our results and explaining the lot.

Good crowd to deal with.

Know of someone who has lost all internet on Telstra fibre in Auckland CBD. Including both phone (Callplus VOIP) and internet. Presume it isn't related.

Just chiming in on the strange behaviour reaching google services yesterday - here's my ping to google DNS on Slingshot AYCE ADSL2

99% of the time it's pretty respectable, and the shaping at peak times is par for the course, but yesterday/today, lolwat

I don't keep traceroutes but i assume 8.8.8.8 is being routed differently (google.co.nz still has decent ping)
