I want to put my pc by my tele and use the tele as a monitor as well. I intend to use the pc to store most of my audio and output to the stereo.
I would also like to use the pc as a tuner for television so I can record programs and am wondering which card/s are the best option for me.
I have a Sony KDL46W4000 with built in freeview if this info is helpful.

Thanks in advance

You need to be far more specific as to what you want to do.

Do you want to watch analogue TV? Freeview|HD? Freeview Satellite? Do you want a single card? Do you want a dual tuner card?

If you are wanting to watch and record Freeview|HD does your PC meet the minumem requirements - essentially a mid range dual core with NVidia 8500 or greater video card and ideally Windows Vista?
