Do you have the hardware selected in DVBViewer?

A quick Google search indicated that many of those cheap cards don't come with BDA drivers. If it does't and the device isn't visible you might be better off buying a better card.

it has ip receiver software with it as well, even this is near impossible to figure out.

If anyone out there has brought this card from trade me and is using it, please let me know how you did it.

You get what you pay for at the end of the day.

If it doesn't have BDA drivers and you can't find any you won't have much luck with anything but the software that comes with it.

you should be able to go to options, hardware, and click the scan devices button. Your cards should then show up, if not, sbiddle is probably right about the BDA drivers.
